Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, helpful service Take customer orders and prepare ice cream and other treats according to store procedures Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Keep store clean and organized, including wiping down counters and tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and keeping toppings and supplies stocked and organized Follow all health and safety guidelines, including wearing gloves and maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation practices Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions about products and promotions
Qualifications:
