Bilingual Spanish/English a must! This is an entry level generalist position.
Overview of the HRA Position & Core Characteristics We are looking for a highly efficient individual in the Human Resources Administrator (HRA) function to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties at the store level.
The ideal candidate for the HRA role DOES NOT have to have previous HR experience.
However, a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities are a huge plus.
The individual for this role also should possess the ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations as assigned by their corporate Human Resources Business Partner.
Therefore, to succeed in this role, you should be comfortable taking direction and implementing said direction in a timely and professional manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
Additional Responsibilities in the HRA role include:
Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and providing assistance.
Re-directing HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the HR team.
Maintaining records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.
) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.
) Assisting supervisors and the management team in performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.
and maintain the store team's agenda.
Facilitating the interview process at the store level and, in doing so, performing tasks with a focus to grow our company's talent and retention tactics.
This includes assisting in shortlisting potential employees, issuing employment contracts, etc.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
Supporting other functions as assigned.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish) a MUST Must be able to work SUNDAY Any experience in human resources and/or relevant human resources/administrative position support role a plus.
Strong ability in using MS Office.
Experience with databases.
Ability to learn ATS software.
In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities is a plus.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Good organizational and time management skills.
